It is normal for our skin and hair to be resented by the aggressions of the environment: the wind, the sun, the sea salt, the chlorine in the pool ... The skin can present dehydration, loss of elasticity, premature aging, burns , stains, fungi ... We must take care of and nourish the skin inside (food) and outside (moisturizers).
Taking care of the skin is essential to preserve its functions . Thanks to it, we can balance body temperature, have sensitivity that gives us information on many things (touch, external temperature, etc.), eliminate toxins through sweat, produce substances such as vitamin D , protect ourselves from mechanical aggressions ... If we do not take good care of the skin, the rest of our body can suffer.

You will nourish the skin cells, eliminate dead cells (barrier for the skin's nutrition) and promote its hydration. After the summer, apply this mask once a week to repair the skin.
