Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


SECTION 1 - HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you want to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send an email to notify you that we have received your return. If the return is approved, we'll send you another email with further instructions.

Only items purchased directly from Bnatural (Hermosillo branch) will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns. Returns made without a receipt may be rejected. Bnatural reserves the right to deny any return.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition we sent them to you, and in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation. Stains, bent cards, broken stamps / torn plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the condition of the product sent back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned, such as food, products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or flammable liquid or gas products. Gift cards or products that have been personalized are also not refundable.

Non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, items purchased in error, and items damaged by poor customer handling or shipping services. Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you; Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.


SECTION 2 - WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE?

Please contact our customer support team on our contact page to start the return process. Please include the following information:
- Number of order
- Receipt
- Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.


SECTION 2 - HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. Refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.


SECTION 3 - WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or request for cancellation. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
